Your property & workplace transformation advisors
TGB (The Green Boat) is a specialist advisory practice, focused on guiding businesses through the complexities of selecting suitable properties, defining space efficiently, and executing successful workplace transformations.
We exist to solve modern workplace challenges.
In a landscape of disconnected employees, we are here to create spaces that enhance engagement, streamline efficiency, and align with modern work-life culture. We transform workplaces into strategic assets that unite leaders and stakeholders around business goals, driving progress and performance.
And get more value out of your properties.
COVID has drastically reshaped the work landscape and our use of space, with a profound impact on the commercial property sector. We specialise in understanding the role your physical space should play in peoples lives, helping define a unique proposition that adds value to the organisations who occupy your spaces, helping you cultivate stronger partnerships with your tenants.
We are experts in property, workplace and organisational development
With 40+ years of experience, we provide strategic guidance to businesses looking to reshape their operations.
We started our partnership in 2018 with the successful transformation of National Australia Bank’s award-winning 700 Bourke Street Workplace.
And it didn’t stop there. We continue to lead, advise, and drive transformations across diverse sectors - from non-profits and superannuation to publishing, pharma, and financial services.
